  Telephoned this garage today after reading their reviews on the internet, i had seen a car they had for sale on their website and on ebay. Spoke to the head salesman who had the worst customer service skills ever, didnt seem to bothered about talking to me at all, i asked a few questions about the mechanical standard of the vehicle, to which every reply was "yer, drives alright, seems ok" so i said "do the cars get inspected at all" (after reading their AA inspection partnership on their website), to which his reply was "well we make sure they drive alright". He then went on to explain that the car in question, had non working air conditioning and the belt for the pump had been removed, so i said "oh thats strange, whats wrong with it" and he said "i dont know". I know to a lot of people £1795 isn't a lot of money for a car, but every customer deserves to be treated with respect and made to feel special and a garage who advertises to being a part of the AA scheme should be doing their best. I would steer clear of this garage and take your hard earnt money elsewhere and rest assured this is a very honest account of my experience today.

  Needed a car asap, walked in without phoning ahead and salesman made time to show me round the car and offer me a test drive. Car was cheap Px deal yet no real issues. Good customer service and very happy with my BMW.
